New Facility Update

Always striving to give their customers the best service possible, The Data Rescue Center recently opened up their new, state-of-the-art data recovery service facility in Livermore, California. The building was purchased in June of 2010 and opened for business in late January of 2011. The facility was completely renovated and both The Data Rescue Center and Prosoft Engineering, their parent company, moved their bases of operations to the location.

The installation of a Class 2 UL-listed vault and extensive, 24-hour security protects their clients’ data and equipment. Biometric scanners and RGB security cameras ensure the safety of the valuable, sensitive data. Additionally, the installation of a state-of-the-art Class 100/ISO 5 cleanroom protects their data during the recovery process and meets or exceeds all manufacturers’ specifications for such repairs. Unmatched by any competitors, the new location gives their technicians the ability to provide top quality hard drive data recovery services and at the same time provide their clients’ the security they deserve.

Extensive background checks and security screenings provide The Data Rescue Center assistance in hiring reputable, honest, qualified data recovery engineers. For further protection, a fully quarantined, offline network keeps data safe from outside threats, such as virus infections and malware attacks.
